I have a large amount of WOW I want to move from this (erroring out wallet) to another Wallet. Can you specify exactly the commands i should try and utilize?

I was able to transfer a smaller amount, then a smaller amount, now I'm at 1 WOW and can't transfer it. Also multiple new VM's have been tested, it's a network/coding issue. I've ruled out server/VM level.
