Got rid of the public node flag
Used restricted binds instead of restricting the unrestricted bind
Changed unrestricted rpc bind to 127.0.0.1

Config had rpc ports set for onion nodes. (Instead of p2p)
Adjusted to the proper ports.

These nodes seem to be offline (?)
I added a working one.

7412b75d42 fix onion peers

The old peers were configured incorrectly but nevertheless seem to be dead. Should we remove them?

I added a working peer.
