03:22 < qvqsee> NotMtth[m], could the yellow search be case insensitive? currently a
user can create a login with caps then it automatically makes it lower
case in yellow.. but the search dosn't let the user search with caps. so
it could be a little confusing
so that we can use `ILIKE`
