Updated script to build deb according to Freedesktop Specifications.

Ran test installs on Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS... there is a bug, which shows all deb packages as having proprietary license. I also couldn't get wowlet's icon to show up in Ubuntu Software manager, but other than that, package install/uninstall works.
