This version uses the new SDL_AudioStream API for audio conversion,
which is necessary to make use of high quality resampling via
libsamplerate.
The linking patch is no longer needed (fixed upstream)
The following script was applied:

Then git grep 'index.html for further information' revealed two other files.
One of them was patched manually (patch.mk). Makefile has text
"See index.html for further information" unrelated to licensing.
